Common Inquiries

  • Do you make deliveries?
    We arrange deliveries during business hours 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. Please see our Delivery Policy page for more details. If you need to make a special or urgent delivery, call us to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Where are you located?

  • I am looking for a special arrangement, but I don't see what I want on your site. Can you make a reasonable, custom bouquet?
    We have a selection of options on our site, if you are thinking of something different we are more than happy to discuss your requirements or match an arrangement you have in mind. Give us a call or message us through the site and we will be delighted to meet your expectations.
  • I ordered flowers from your website, but the flowers we received were not the same as depicted online. What are our options?
    All the arrangements on our website represent the colour schemes and styles of each arrangement. Due to availability, seasonality or the quality of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value to the flowers to ensure you receive the highest quality product. While making every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, theme and colour combinations, each component is carefully selected and composed by our florist to ensure quality and satisfaction. So although the actual arrangement may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. If a suitable substitution cannot be made, we will contact you by phone or email to determine how you would like to proceed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive a replacement product, please call us to discuss.
  • What are Flower and Friends Opening times?
    We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Our store is closed on Sundays, but we will do our best to accommodate any urgent requests or deliveries.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
